On the 18^th July 2008 Professor David J David AC was awarded the great honour of being admitted to The Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand for his services to the Thai medical community.  This honor was bestowed in Pattaya Thailand at the Royal College of Surgeons Thailand Annual Scientific meeting.  Professor David was joined in receiving this honor by fellow Australian, Professor Ian Gough, current President of Royal Australian College of Surgeons.
